Kyoyuzen and Kyoshibori have only been used for high class kimono but now the craft has been apllied to the gamaguchi purse!
Just as the high class kimono, the craftmman has squeezed the pattern out by hand,
Iit is made of silk100% Tango Chirimen.
Other than shibori, we have used black plain silk and created the beautiful contrast.
It is conveniently designed and has gamaguchi inside, too and you can put not only coins and bills but also cards,!
The pattern of Kyo shibori looks like the spots on the child deer and it is thought to promote longevity and the health( deer is thought as the messanger from god).
