There was a Kaga-Kokubunji (temple) in Funamigaoka city where Tetori river and Kakehashi river join in Nara era. Ono-gama (klin) was built and many famous workmen were born in here. The name "Kosei-gama" was come from the name of the area and blue color of Kakehashi river.
